Private residence on approximately three acres with pool, jacuzzi, loggias and walled terraces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from one of the highest bluffs in the area. This home with full basement features masonry stucco exterior and authentic mission Mediterranean terra cotta barrel tile roof. A 35’ skylit atrium with tiled and stone fountain serves as an interior palm court and central core of the hacienda style home. Stairs with ornate ironwork railings lead to a lookout turret above the second story. Classical Tuscan columns and cast stone arches with novel rope detailing provide an open transition into the hall galleries. 200 year old reclaimed beams from Europe were used in the design of the wine cellar. Responsibilities included master planning, architectural design and construction administration.

This project received a Design Award and a People’s Choice Award from the American Institute of Architects - South Georgia Chapter.
