savannah culinary Institute


With backing from the Savannah Technical College Foundation, the Savannah Culinary Institute is commencing on an expansion project within Savannah’s Historic District. This development will more than double the available space dedicated to Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts programs.

The project aims to establish a pivotal and accessible program that offers students a blend of academic and practical experience. Site plans include a range of facilities, including classrooms, a conference room, offices, an instructional kitchen, a demonstration kitchen, and a dedicated baking laboratory. In addition, there will be a bakery and restaurant, both staffed by Culinary Arts and Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management students, faculty, and hospitality interns as part of their instructional programs.
