Savannah Convention Center

The Savannah Convention Center is located on Hutchinson Island across the Savannah River from the historic downtown Savannah. The facility opened in 2000 with 100,000 square feet of exhibit space, 13 meeting rooms, a 25,000 square foot ballroom, 367 seat auditorium and 4 boardrooms.

The SCC is experiencing growth in the convention market. To facilitate this growth and continue to be competitive in the market, the Savannah Trade Center needs to offer expanded options to their customers. This will be accomplished through the constructions of an expanded facility and parking garage.

Hansen Architects was the Associate Architect on the original design and is again the Associate Architect with tvsdesign for the current expansion.
