“It was an honor to be commissioned to design one of the first custom residences in McAllister Point after several years of pre-planned designs being used,” says Erik E. With park views to the street and the marshes of the Ogeechee River in the back, every room had an opportunity for a view. The porte cochere-inspired drive under at the side porch maximized available garden space for the side yard, while 8-foot tall windows and 10-foot tall exterior doors connected the interior with the outdoors.”
