THE CHATHAM / SCAD HOUSING
The Chatham was constructed in the 1950’s as a HUD apartment facility. It was purchased by SCAD in 2021 and was totally renovated to provide housing for SCAD students. This renovation helped stabilize an area in Savannah’s Historic District.
